Project Update: Started working on the probing agents. Took me hours to implement a basic ping. Clearly I'm not a programmer 🥲 Reading documentation has never been a strong point of mines.

Project update: I’ve decided to use Go as the primary language for the backend. I’ve been digging into the Go docs for net, ipv4, and icmp. They’re definitely less straightforward than Python’s, but after some time with them, things are starting to make sense. (1/2)

I spent 2-3 weeks fighting with Bootstrap5 in order to try and create a portfolio project. 🫠

I gave up and decided to learn CSS instead and I'm having a much easier time with it.
Lesson learned. Fundamentals are important 😮‍💨🤦🏿
