Humans do not qualify for personhood because they are animals, alas.

I was never pretending to be serious, I always meant to be casual, and I apologize for giving the wrong impression.

Like in my first post, I'm asking what you would change to solve the problem, because I agree it's a real problem and I'm genuinely curious how'd you might fix it.

How would you fix the problem? If I understand you correctly, the problem is any one party gaining a majority in Parliament, not specifically Labour.
