Regina seems like it’ll be a concern, but it should be okay here in Edmonton. AQHI was 4 at Environment Canada’s Edmonton McCauley monitoring station as of 4pm. I assume that’s in the McCauley neighbourhood, which is also where the stadium is.

On the topic of people knowing wrestling wasn't legit, the 1912 book Professional Wrestling by Ed W. Smith addresses this. Even then, the best he could come up with to defend the sport's honour was basically "well, around here only about 10% of the matches are fixed!"

I got curious and, after some time only finding literal railroad uses of the term, I found this old newspaper ad.
In the ad, it seems to mean something like "aiming to be open and useful to the most people". So for a football club, perhaps open to members regardless of skill/class/etc?
