So according to Senator Cotton, killing unarmed men atop a bombed and capsized boat is not a war crime. He clearly has never looked into the UCMJ. Plus asserting that 2 men can upright a 40 foot damaged boat and continue on is absurd. But as usual Senator Cotton thinks the public is stupid.

Yes. Only about 14 of the Jan 6 perpetrators were charged and convicted of sedition. All the rioters were participating in an act of sedition but it was probably very difficult to prove direct conspiracy. I think the key failure was the delay in appointing Jack Smith for almost 2 years after Jan 6.
