I dunno man. I stopped at 20 minutes when he was still saying they're not going to do it because it would be militarily a Very Bad Idea. We all heard that same argument in 2022. The problem is that dictatorships in the grip of nationalism don't behave rationally.

I wonder how much this is a US phenomenon. This really is not something I'm aware of happening in the UK, and I have a considerable amount of experience in critical care here. I do get the impression that US healthcare can be a bit more pro-life than elsewhere and maybe DNACPR orders are less common
