Two points:
1. Doesn’t count unless he then split the G and then necked the rest of his pint, wearing the glass upside down as a hat.
2. Apparently your post is in Welsh? 🤨

I would rather steer clear of Corbyn comparisons. Not that I disliked Corbyn, but his brand sadly became toxic. So far Polanski has been extremely skilful at keeping the rabid press monkeys at bay, but he needs distance between him and the ultimately doomed Corbyn movement in order to do so.

All good points thank you.

Fair point. It did also occur to me that if police arriving in the scene see you firing the weapon they might reasonably think you were the original shooter…

Yep. Agree. I was specifically suggesting a non-fatal shot. But that’s easier to say from behind a phone screen than to do accurately under pressure.

I suppose also, if police arriving on the scene see you firing a gun, they’d reasonably think you were the bad guy.

Yes, so I’ve heard now. Hope he’s not badly injured. Proper heroic stuff.
Still, pretty crap shooting from bridge guy, thankfully.

OK good point.

I used several in this I’ve not seen reported, e.g. from the European Parliament records.

We must not allow Nigel Farage to run away from his record on Ukraine
Nigel Farage has been consistent in his support of Putin while spinning dangerous lies about immigrants and minorities.

5) I’m so sorry to be this person, and of course my sympathy and main thoughts are with the victims.

Honestly no idea how I would act in this situation, and hope I never have to find myself needing to. But a lot of the behaviour in this clip seems odd.

OK going to stop now.

4) is the gunman on the bridge a bad guy accomplice or police? If he’s a second shooter, why is he not firing at white shirt? If he’s police, why’s he not firing at the original shooter? Both are sitting ducks at this point, from either perspective.

3) Why does the shooter not run off? Most people have a fight or flight instinct. Just standing around after having your massive gun taken from you is not normal behaviour.

Right.
1) Not to detract from the bloke’s bravery, that headlock looked a bit easy. No struggle at all from a crazed madman who seconds earlier was literally murdering innocent civilians.

2) Having disarmed the shooter, why not at least shoot the fucker in the foot to disable him?

Sorry, I know it’s way too soon for conspiracy twats, but there are a few very suspicious things about this.

Before my ill-informed hot take, hat tip to white shirt guy, with the most quintessential Australian reaction to a live shooter. 👊

Post 1/a few.
