Fuck monopolies. They'd be less casual about this shit if they had to compete for customers instead of having whole areas locked in. I'm so fucking angry. This has been such a stressful month and I just wanted a quiet day at home watching Ted Lasso and playing on my Switch.

I moved Monday. Had already set up transfer of service to the new place. Internet worked! ...until an hour ago, now they're telling me it's a "new account" and I have to take the fucking modem to a fucking store but of course the store is probably closed tomorrow because it's fucking THANKSGIVING.

I told my brother I didn't know if it was a bad sign that Carol's reactions to the whole situation make complete sense to me*. But I also have a lot of Issues around independence.

The 11-player current campaign is a West Marches style -- most of the players were at table for a four-game intro, but now they've broken up into smaller groups of 4-5. (just an fyi)
