That's not how it works. Trump can still veto the bill, which sends it back to Congress. Then either the House or Senate have the option to override the veto, which requires a 2/3rds vote. If that succeeds then it goes to the other part of Congress for another 2/3rds vote.

This is the thing I think most people don't fully realize, the sheer amount of restructuring and changes to the code to get multiplayer working. It's not a matter of days, weeks, or even months, it is a year of work at the very least every time I've seen a game add it post release.

I think the focus on graphics is a problem with the industry as a whole. Companies focus so much money on the graphics of a game without trying to actually optimize any of it. But they don't think about how people not being able to run their game is going to impact sales.
