This is what happens when you have a cult of personality. The followers don’t WANT to know about reality. They just want to be right. If they hear something that upsets their worldview it must mean they backed the wrong horse. That simply won’t do. So they only believe what DEAR LEADER says.

Thanks for the kind words. I’m not so sure about the curriculum being the culprit. It’s changed many times since I started teaching in 1990. Also, I honestly think folks who have no idea what’s in their local curriculum feel education is broken. Never heard education is DOING GREAT in all my years.
