If you need more DARK PORTALS, you can buy from Tuuran in Stormwind, and Gabbi in Orgrimmar. They're near the Trading Post in their respective capital cities.

So far, Decor sold on the AH is server specific, not region wide.
I hope this also means Decor can also be available via crafting order, otherwise crafters will spend an obscene amount of time gathering wood
