I was woken before 3am by a thunder storm and I’m still awake because that triggered anxiety and pain. I don’t know how I will cope with less than 2 hours sleep for the second time this week 😭

Things are bad in my body and brain but I went to my therapy appt and we decided I will go to urgent care in the morning (less of a wait) with my friend/flatmate who is an RN and can advocate for me if I get brushed off

I haven’t been to the pottery club in literal months but today I went with my best pottery friend and we were there for 4.5 hours! It was so lovely. I may feel it tomorrow but it was worth it.

I forgot I also can’t eat oranges or any kind of citrus peel. Having a body is exhausting lol
#SecretSantaAoNZ I am allergic to several fruits; kiwifruit, feijoa, pineapple, strawberry (sometimes, so weird), and cherry tomatoes (also only sometimes)
I love chocolate and coffee and chocolate biscuits very much, I have a stovetop espresso thingy and enjoy instant coffee too.
