Right, I'm not Christian anymore, but as a kid being raised Catholic, I never got the whole happy pastel atmosphere of Easter. I get the whole resurrection thing, but I couldn't see past all the whipping and thorns and nailed to a cross stuff.

This is the first time I've seen anyone talk about this in a couple weeks now. I hope there is still pressure being applied to make this happen instead of just focusing on whatever shiny new atrocity the Trump regime has committed this week.

As a US citizen I completely agree, my country is a joke right now and I hope the entire world ostracizes us because of it. People here need to see just how bad life can be when you elect the stupidest, most corrupt and corrosive people to public office.
