3. IDENTITY & ADVOCACY: We discuss how to create a clear identify of who you are as a scientist and how to sell yourself/your science in a digestible way.

2. WHEN TO LOOK/APPLY: Traditionally, applications are due in October, interviews run January through March, and offers are made between February and May. However, if you miss a deadline, it may still be worth it to inquire/submit.
