Now is not a good time to do good things (nationally at least). And that SUCKS. But the administration is completely hostile to anything good. THAT is what people voted for.

I don't think we should apply the term eco to anything this regime does, because it just accelerates destruction there too. Like why should I accept a regime destroying the environment IN ADDITION to all it's other crimes as eco anything. No I'm not going to grant them that.

the problem is the U.S. is ALWAYS waging wars without a full congressional authorization, it's how the U.S. wages wars. AUMF was used to justify some of them I guess, at least post 2001.

or getting death threats. I don't think we should see her as some noble hero even if she is, she's done enough harm, but just scared. If she disappears from public life it will say one thing, if she pops up again running for something another.

well also it's basically impossible to end it. 2/3 of congress is an impossible obstacle. The easiest way is probably packing the courts and having the newly packed courts throw it out. And that's not that easy.

I don't think states are an adequate protection against Trump (or a bad Republican federal govt in general, but especially this one). I fantasize about succession. But states at they ACTUALLY are. So we are giving up proportionally representation for what again? A fantasy that has toppled?

I might say some are para-professional which maybe requires an associates. But they aren't really, some of these require masters degrees. Certainly physical therapy, speech therapy, and counseling do.
