Honestly I think it’s just a complaint about Pokemon that people have ported over from Scarlet/Violet instead of complaining about the actual issues with the game.

They screwed up the equilibrium by trying to make the graphics too realistic, so now everyone’s like “we need our faces to look like we’re N64 Mario” to balance it out
