We have a watering hole for the local wildlife (SoCal) but noticed there wasn’t enough room in the big one to accommodate the raptors. So this week we built a separate pond for the bigger birds, and they are enjoying it. And we enjoy watching them enjoy it (great horned owl in this one)

THIS is why we don’t use rodenticides, and you shouldn’t either. This guy comes to our “pond” on the regular. There are good alternatives that kill/stop rodents but don’t kill other animals up the food chain. Ask me about them #bobcat #backyardwildlife #noratpoison
