From clean, toffee-rich Scottish Export to something wilder! After infusion with foraged spruce tips & 2 years with a mixed ferm culture, it's a very different beast.
Expect: Caramel, cola, and pine. Soft, smooth, tingly bitterness, & a long, clean finish.
