I have a work coffee, Kenco, which I have in the morning black, 3x500ml vessels.
I fast 18hrs most days (overnight) from tea till lunch and then my preferred freeze dried in the afternoon is Irish Cream, it’s lovely with milk.
Flat white tassimo in the evening.
Eggnog latte at Xmas.
I 💙 coffee.
