Everybody who voted Republican is complicit. Come one, you already had that guy for one term - you knew what you were getting into… 😩

There are other castles in Luxembourg, some of them are really interesting to visit. The most popular is the castle of Vianden. A Grand Duchy is a country whose official head of state is a Grand Duke (a title ranking below emperors and kings, but above princes and dukes).

It’s quite small like most settlements here. Above 10k inhabitants we consider them cities. There is a castle in Stadtbredimus, and Dicks lived there. Today it’s the HQ of a wine cooperative, but it has been transformed over history and doesn’t look like a typical castle.

Every Luxembourger knows Stadtbredimus for its annual wine festival/party ‘Picadilly’ that’s very popular. Also the national poet Edmond de la Fontaine (alias Dicks) lived there and was its mayor. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask. You can also find good info on Wikipedia.

Dear Senator, thanks for what you do. Many more need to join you. In 2021 a red line was crossed for many (even hard-core Republicans), but now, nearly everybody (Rep&Dem) is observing this dismantling of Government, Justice, Democracy, Environment and world governance. Please stop this nightmare.

Cool. 👍 What do you want to learn? The language? More about the country? Or specifically about your ancestors? I don’t know a lot about those who emigrated more than 100 years ago - mainly to the Midwest, but it’s interesting.

Not a lot of people from Luxembourg. Nearly everyone here is still using Meta platforms.
