The 2nd English Hardcover of Andrew's 'The Trade Mission' does a wonderful job of highlighting the smothering nature of the Amazon, as well as the story within these pages. I love the coloring & the glossy, textured square in the bottom right. This cover works so well for this book.

Book Review: A.M. Shine returns with 'Grace,' another creepy, isolated Folklore novel that was absolutely phenomenal. This one showcases Shine's penchant to rattle the reader & he does it so very well.

We now move to Andrew's overlooked 2nd novel, 'The Trade Mission,' as I share the English hardcover editions of his work. The 1st one I'm sharing almost has a Jurassic Park feel, as though something is about to burst through that opening down the middle. Really love the coloring on this.

Yesterday, these arrived in the mail. I should've been stoked. But earlier I'd already emailed to officially request the rights returned & the book removed due to non-payment & contractual breach. Much like the other dozen or more authors who're in the same position.

Here's another of my books that I seem to overlook promoting! 'Incarnate' is a coming-of-age story featuring a supportive family, portal chaos, ancient evils & even managed to make the Stoker preliminary ballot the year it was released!

The next English hardcover edition of Andrew's books I'm sharing is the 2nd version of 'Lost Girls.' This one is very minimal, very unsettling & another of his books where the longer you look the more the image burrows into your mind.

@michaelpatrickhicks.com jokingly said 'like you need a reason to post Pyper books!' He's right! So, today I'm starting a new Pyper series, all about his English edition hardcovers! 1st up - 1999 & his debut novel 'Lost Girls.' The image is stark, sinister & ominous - just like the story within!

Book Review: @lairdbarron.bsky.social's 'Conan: The Halls of Immortal Darkness' is another fantastic entry into the Conan series. This one was a fast-paced read that had Conan fighting for his life in a place seemingly impossible to leave. Loved this!
