eh, you can get a dark roux down to less than 15 min if you use oil or clarified butter and stir enough. Even faster if you want to live dangerously and use the microwave

I mean the fact that it uses a correct resolution lcd is nice in that you don’t need to emulate the lcd with shaders, but the price need to match its more limited capabilities, not splurge on an “aerospace grade” alloy body
