I 💛how we were able to share some of what Sport England has learnt since we've begun to organise teams around services pretty recently. Showing vulnerability in a space where others are facing similar challenges felt good. Turns out others are struggling too. Here’s how we’re fixing things.

They gave 2 egs of where our team shapes became obstacles to delivering. In each case, we realised they more closely resembled doughnuts than the well-established Team Onion model created by @ewebber.bsky.social
