I think it is worse than not caring. Trump enjoys brutalizing people- especially the weak and powerless.

They are assuming 11 stupid on a 10 point scale. Zuckerberg told the same sort of yarn a few weeks ago.

I don't get it. People are wondering whether Mamdani has enough experience. I can't comment on that but I note that the majority of the electorate thought that electing a president whose experience consisted of bankrupting his companies and committing financial fraud was OK. I'm baffled...

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it is a duck. Epstein was every bit the pedophile he was accused of being. I can't understand anyone using weasel words to defend him.

The Epstein papers will never see the light of day. Prove me wrong.

The eight cowards in the Senate make me sick. I am sure they will be richly rewarded.

Trump is not stupid he knows what he is doing and why. It is all about enriching himself and his friends and family.

Don’t people like Steve Bannon want the state to wither away? It is doing some serious withering right now. Leaves the road wide open for American oligarchs to get richer and more powerful.
November 8, 2025 at 4:18 PM
Trump is simply staying true to Project 2025. I don’t expect any semblance of humanity or compassion from him. America elected a president devoid of decency and empathy.
November 8, 2025 at 4:14 PM
Do the really think that Americans are idiots. Or maybe Trump is depending on the NY Times, CNN, Fox, etc. to pussyfoot around the lies. Even Canadian media like the CBC, CTV and major newspapers refuse to call out Trump’s lies. Why?

This is Trump going after the “worst of the worst”. It is disgraceful. Pure thuggery.
November 6, 2025 at 1:00 AM
It’s as if Trump’s loyalists in ICE believe his supposed claim to presidential immunity extends to them. The level of thuggery they’re getting away with is astonishing. People looked away when immigrants were brutalized - will they still avert their eyes now that U.S. citizens are being targeted?

Cheering for the Dodgers or Jays?

Trump has 35% to 40% support. And 85% of Republicans support his actions. Your country is profoundly divided. 3.5% is from the past. A fairytale.

Trump has demonstrated that norms mean nothing. He owns both houses and SCOTUS. He has a huge megaphone in Fox News and other media. And he has muscular backing by Musk, Bezos et al. Will sternly worded letters stop Trump?

No crime here. Trump could claim that tearing down the East Wing is an official act.

Could someone please let me know what this is referencing - thank you.

Yes. Haven’t flown since catching COVID in Wuhan in 2020 but I do take the bus and subway regularly here in Toronto and wear an N95. Catching COVID once was more than enough. 😀

These crowds are all very impressive but the reality is that tomorrow morning Trump is still president. The government is still shut down. And who knows whether they will be fair midterm elections and whether Trump will run for president in 2028. With 40% support he has no fear.
