You'd hope that Dannatt loses his status as a go-to military expert for the BBC and the Norfolk media (he lives here) as well as his various charity positions in the county. I have my doubts, though. Anyone else would be hung, drawn and quartered, and labelled "corrupt"...

Absolutely. 15,164 for the first home game in the Premier League against Chelsea in 1992. Then 12,452 in the fourth fixture against Southampton. Not forgetting that Bayern wasn't sold out until after the first leg. Truly another millennium!

There are a lot of seats in Blocks G and H - presumably originally held back for away supporters - which haven't shifted at all despite the appointment of PC. Probably won't be far off the 24,640 for the midweek West Brom game. #ncfc

Exactly this. To give the EU any confidence you'd need at least three UK elections in a row not resulting in right-wing governments. Can't see that happening as long as most of Fleet Street and the BBC continue to blame immigrants for the UK's economic failings rather than Brexit.

Watching Sheffield United at the moment, no way are they going to be in the bottom three for long. Wednesday won't survive, Oxford look poor, we may have to hope the likes of Portsmouth and Swansea struggle as well if #ncfc are to have any hope as things stand.

That #ncfc line-up would have wiped the floor with yesterday's team - and this is the trouble, forget injuries, the present lot have got to pick up at least 16 points between Oxford (the must-win of must-wins) on Tuesday and Stoke on January 4. That's 10 fixtures in 41 days, with six at home.

November 2007 - Roeder's first #ncfc game in charge, two down at home to Ipswich this side hit back to draw 2-2: Norwich: Marshall, Otsemobor, Shackell, Taylor, Lappin, Chadwick (Croft 76), Brellier, Russell, Huckerby, Dublin (Hartson 46), Cureton (Smith 82). Subs: Gilks, Murray.

Not a Plymouth-type embarrassment when you look at the money that's at St Andrews now. 10 fixtures (6 at home) in the 41 days between Oxford on Tuesday and Stoke here on January 4; if #ncfc are still in the bottom three by then PC is going to need to find a few rabbits and hats if we are to survive.

The Oxford and QPR results define the whole season - interesting that hardly any of the seats Oxford didn't want have been sold to home fans since PC's appointment. If we need 42 points to stay up that's already 1.4 a game.

If only. You wonder how Kuenssberg actually fills a working week - one Sunday morning programme, a column to publicise it and the odd podcast appearance. In 2024-25 she was paid £395,000-399,999 for this demanding role.

Absolutely. And the worst thing is that they still all think they've made a positive difference to society as a whole.
"Helping readers navigate an ever-changing landscape with clarity, integrity and focus" my arse. OTOH, sucking up to Johnson and praising him no matter what...

The fuckers are never going to apologise for this sort of blatant propaganda for a man who has trashed the entire UK. (And don't get me started on the "Boris is at death's door" myth either...)
