Ok, does anyone else feel like you are on a runaway train heading off a cliff? Am I the only one feeling like this could be the end of life as we know it here?

My other job is that of a U.S. Figure Skating coach. I’m grieving the loss of our skaters, coaches and family members on the plane crash last night in DC. My heart is broken for all the lives lost. 🙏🏻💔😭
