i’m listening to a casual postmortem on why a startup that got $5m in seed money to do “how do we make dry cleaning easy” talk about why it failed and now about the benefits of building your own agentic assistant. at the very least they should pay for my lunch

mine was quite a small chicken, so not as many big bones, but it was still good, i think i wanted it a bit sweeter so i should have added another carrot?? i also don't like to add too much salt, so i can use the broth as a base for other recipes and season it accordingly then

i saved the bones and bits from a rotisserie chicken, chucked it in the instapot with an onion, a carrot and a leek (also bay leaves and some salt/pepper) added water to cover all of it and then put it on pressure cook for 1 hour! natural release
