Subscribed. Independent journalism gives me hope.

It's heartening to see people genuinely sharing their cultures and experiences and connecting on the things they find interesting—AKA the whole point of social media. People are sick of ads, rage bait, and fake content, and the arrogance of the owners of these platforms just adds insult to injury.

I don't work 60+ hour weeks and neither does my team. I have a wonderful fiancé, a dog, hobbies, family, and friends who are an active part of my everyday life, and vice versa. Personally, I think it's time to put the "agencies = no work life balance" myth to rest.

I don't believe this to be true. We have a lot of projects to juggle, and it can be stressful at times. But I enjoy working with my clients, and each day brings something new. Without sharing the gory details, in-house roles can be even more consuming than agency work in my experience.
