While the US builds concentration camps and backs genocide, David Lammy gets cosy with his new friends in the administration.

The editor of the New European / @thenewworldmag.bsky.social has been boosting anti-trans hate accounts on the regular, if you were wondering why it's publishing gender critical cranks.

Those 'new ideas' are looking a lot like the 'old ideas', dontcha think?

The bootlicking liberals who told us over and over again that we just had to get behind centrist candidates to win must be shitting it.

You're right David, The world IS watching. It has seen how you supported and continue to support a genocide, despite these far-too-late statements. And I doubt it will forget either.

Google searches for VPN after the UK government's online censorship bill comes into effect.

It's indefensible, says man who repeatedly defended it.

If you take nonviolent direct action, Labour will brand you a terrorist.

If you riot, and try to burn buildings down, Labour will listen to your legitimate concerns.

Take note, comrades

Mr Collins, is that you?

I think it's really beautiful that Coldplay has created a space where people opposed to genocide and people in support of genocide can set aside the tens of thousands children murdered by Israel to come together.

Truly, the power of music.

The whole "we want to be in the room to challenge Labour" angle might have worked better if @lgbtfdn.bsky.social hadn't already posted about celebrating with the Labour government.

Though when I started poking around out of curiosity, I did not think that it was going to be quite as overused as it turned out to be. 2/

Thread: A while ago, I noticed a phrase that seemed to have entered Labour's lexicon at a time when no-one knew what they stood for after successive u-turns.

"I have been clear."
"The Government has been clear."

It seemed that if you couldn't offer clarity, you could just say you have. 1/

At least Liz Truss understands that stealing other people's achievements is British culture.
July 12, 2025 at 11:28 AM
Well I feel reassured. How about you?

I'd be willing to bet a visit from the cops to my home that the Spectator would lose its mind completely if someone casually suggested bombing their offices in the way Liddle 'wistfully hypothesises' for doing so to anyone Left of Thatcher.

MP Zarah Sultana says "we are all Palestine Action" during the debate on proscribing the group as a terrorist organisation.
July 2, 2025 at 4:02 PM
It should not be understressed how significant the vote on proscribing Palestine Action in Westminster is today. The Labour government is preparing to attack the right to protest in a way that will set a historical precedent in the UK - and barely anyone has bothered to show up for the debate.

Woah, Israel has military installations in civilian areas? Sounds a lot like using human shields to me...

A followup email sent two days later acknowledged the hurt caused by the decision, but doubled down on claiming that CAS is bound by law to make these changes. 3/

Leaked emails have revealed that Citizens Advice Scotland CEO Derek Mitchell has changed the bathroom policy of the charity to exclude trans staff from using bathrooms that align with their gender. 1/

The BRASS NECK of Lammy to condemn ANYONE for not speaking up or condemning Israel is unbelievable.

This damascene conversion will not save you from what you and your party did, David.
May 21, 2025 at 9:47 AM
The next time someone from Labour tells you how this must be such a haaard time for the trans community, and they're sooo understanding of how difficult it must be, and totally just trying to do what's super best for everyone... show them this.
