Good news: I've started working on the No Man's Guy again, and finally got the jetpack to print! (It's the wrong way round, but after 5 attempts I'll take it)
Bad news: I now have to figure out how to make the lights a) work, and b) fit inside. Thoughts and prayers are appreciated at this time.

...in the meantime, I'm using some cheapo polar fleece to draft a pattern. Jim Henson was a big guy with massive mitts, so the biggest challenge is going to be scaling my Kermit down to fit my puny wee hands. That's going to take some trial and error.

I'm dyeing nylon fleece to make a replica Kermit puppet. My dye pot wasn't big enough to get all of it in, so I thought I'd cut it in half and do it in batches. Same dye, it'll turn out the same colour, right?
