Is the former city counselor - who made City Hall even less transparent - arguing for more employees to handle requests or state laws that further restrict open records?

On one hand, it’s good to see an out-of-town owner be proactive in protecting our buildings. On the other, this sends a strong message about the state of St. Louis.
