Nice report, but these are subject to selection bias, access amplifies socioeconomic disparities, and retrospective analyses show association, but not causation. I do think it is reasonable and have done it routinely - though now, MARIPOSA2 with amivantamab + chemotherapy (below) is my standard.

In this study, 50 pts continued osi with chemotherapy post progression and 109 had chemotherapy alone. PFS was longer with continuing osi (9 vs 4.5m) and there was a longer time to CNS progression in pts without brain metastases. Logical and reasonable - but not definitive.

Dr. Liza Villaruz at #MaTOS24 discusses #NTRK and NSCLC. Three approved agents: larotrectinib, entrectinib, and now repotrectinib. Effective but note on target toxicities including dizziness, paresthesias, weight gain, pain withdrawal - on target toxicities to watch for. #LCSM #OncSky

Dr. Puneeth Iyengar reviews radiation in #SCLC at #MaTOS24. Role of PCI needs to be clarified and ongoing studies will provide clarity. Concurrent IO and definitive thoracic radiation seems like the wrong strategy. It’s a radiosensitive disease - how do we leverage that?
