Madison County Jail stands out as a hotspot in IL, with the most cases of people restrained in chairs for 10+ hours at a time. Many of them are mentally ill.

Samantha Slecka was restrained for nearly 3 days.

2. Listen to 18 year olds "discover" the ancient music I grew up to. Feel old.
3. Switch to the local rock station
4. Listen to 50 year olds play the same music and complain about their backs. Feel younger.
