Last year, a low-level employee of the Gila County Attorney's Office took a bathroom break and posted "Rot in Hell Charlie Kirk" on his personal Facebook. He got fired for it.

Now he's suing on free speech grounds.

When a New Times reporter asked to see his phone to confirm, Miller asked if he could look at the reporter’s phone. New Times immediately agreed to such an exchange, but Miller reneged on the mutual look-see.

Glendale city councilmember Lupe Conchas has pushed for ending unaccountable city council "slush fund" stipends.

When Kyrsten Sinema spoke in favor of an AI data center at an Oct. 16 Chandler City Council meeting, she failed to mention she was there as a paid lobbyist.

Now, Sinema may have created an opposition she hoped to avoid.

As a resident of #Portland it is impossible to capture how unhinged this is. We are a low crime city and the ICE protest "siege" consists of one auxiliary ICE office that normally has at most a dozen weirdos debating what performance art they should use to block a single driveway
