Chris Hedges wrote a book some years ago called American Fascists and it prefigured what's happening now. Soon schools will have to prove their loyalty to Trump and Jesus to obtain funding. Much of modern science will be banned from the curriculum. History will be rewritten.

I think this is basically correct. Going to be one hell of a burst, though.
