Aside from unpaid, I wonder if part of the interest in organic coverage (I've seen the term used for shorts and clips in particular) is because they don't tend to note that a key was provided in the way proper full videos and streams do. So people see a funny clip and it feels more authentic.

Yeah, what a silly term. No part of 'we contacted you and gave you a key to showcase the game' is organic. It's an entirely artificial planned process, they just don't want to pay.

What next, instead of unpaid interns we'll have 'Organic Task Doers' 🙄

Mostly it's due to how often they are wrong, make stuff up, reproduce errors from their training data, and are not free from the influence of the folks who make them. They get some basic stuff right since they are just giving statistically probable responses but outside of that they fail badly.
