I didn't follow a recipe. It's flatbread dough (I made it, but bought pizza dough is fine) spread with a very thin layer of sour cream and then topped with cooked onions, chopped cooked bacon, and a sprinkling of Parmesan, and baked in a very hot oven for the same length of time you'd bake a pizza.

I saw the original London production, but long after Collins had left - I saw Elizabeth Estensen, and she was great.

I rewatched it last night as well, for the first time in a while. I do think the material works better as a stage monologue, but the performances in the film are all absolutely spot-on, with particularly wonderful work from Lumley and Julia McKenzie.
