At least he's not Harper! Wait...

"Carney said Harper came to Ottawa as a "conviction politician," but emerged as a "pragmatist," praising his stewardship during the global recession of 2008-09, which Canada weathered relatively well compared to other developed nations.

While committed to […]

We only have one prime minister. How much worse someone else could have been *does not matter*. Our lives and our future are not being shaped by a hypothesis.

I hope the birds appreciate because this was a COLD seed refill.

Also added the new food in the old/new feeder. So they can enjoy some bark butter bits and some mealworms!

Can't wait for Carney and his Minister of Digital Asbestos Integration to shove Palantir-adjacent AI into Canada's public service.

HHS Is Using AI Tools From Palantir to Target ‘DEI’ and ‘Gender Ideology’ in Grants
Since March of 2025, the Department of Health and Human Services has been using tools from Palantir and the startup Credal AI to weed out perceived alignment with “DEI” or “gender ideology.”

We want to go to Bruce peninsula for our yearly trip in the fall.

Maybe go on the 17 from Ottawa, stop at Lake Nissiping for a day or two.

We can reserve our parking to Bruce/Grotto tomorrow (this is what we've been waiting for before booking everything else lol)

Anything else in the area […]

So thankful for vertical greenhouse technology. Being able to get fresh Québec greens in February is amazing.

It's also one of the things that thankfully still gets government funding.

I removed the suet cages in my second big caged feeder (the birds hated this one, no idea why), bought a treat bowl, and Kyle glued it in 😅

...

Now to buy treats for the biiirds (because surely they don't have enough food choices yet).

The register is a […]

Ehhh. Québec is not happy about this speech that Carney made in Québec City today.

Trying to erase the history of the British trying to assimilate the French. It's subtle, but it's incredibly insulting.

I don't know why but the birds couldn't figure out the suet in the cage feeder and just... didn't eat any. I got the old feeder back and Miss Downy spent so much time chirping and eating and chirping!!!

Message well received my friend
