It IS free. And they're usually pretty generous in giving Gems (the in game currency that you need to buy booster packs) since there's lots of daily missions and events that give a good amount of them away frequently.

But the game is ultra maddening. Everyone is cheap and does not respect you.

I actually heard of that series :O And yeah it would make sense that Halo overshadowed it, but I think that's because Marathon came out in the late 90s where shooters on PC were everywhere, whereas Halo was the new hotness on the up and coming Xbox

I actually did play Half-Life 1 and 2 and Portal 1 and 2 on consoles before, but I am sure HL2 will be better on PC. And speaking of Valve... TEAM FORTRESS 2 AND COUNTER-STRIKE :D

You can't do that. Solemn Judgment is a Counter Trap. According to the rules, the only thing you can activate in response to a Counter Trap is *another* Counter Trap
