Honestly, the income taxes aren’t that bad - I earn a middling salary for my branch (IT) and pay about 30% of my total. Employer taxes are high though - it costs my company a lot to employ me.

It probably does cost a bit, but less in the winter as it’s so dark that you don’t see the dirt 😀

They’re still pretty well funded in Sweden. Many rural areas still have mobile libraries etc.
