Found this beauty a few days back. Dont know if that species exists over there.

Found a almost 800g Sparassis crispa fruitingbody. By far my favourit wild mushroom. Not only because it tasts greate and has a nice firm texture, but also because you only need to find a single one for an entire week of eating like a King.
