The cancellation of the Capital Pride march after of a disruption by pro-Palestine protesters was disappointing, but it was still a pleasure yesterday to meetup with other @fairvote.ca volunteers, along with some @ontarioliberal.bsky.social friends as well. This banner was still put to use!

I enjoyed my weekend spent at the Ontario Young Liberals Summer Fling (I am just barely visible in the photo, sitting by the window). Looking forward to seeing some of these bright young minds again at the OLP Annual General Meeting.

I approve of many of the Liberal candidates, but I encourage everyone to consider the quality of their local candidates in their decision.

I took advantage of the dying days of the dumb GST break to pickup an art book based on one of the best sci fi movies. Also picked up some audiobook CDs for the first time in a good while.

Last night at @tylerwatt.bsky.social's campaign launch I had the pleasure of meeting @karinagould.bsky.social in person. She is the Liberals' best hope of a comeback through the institutional development that they desperately need.

I may have gone a little far in taking advantage of Boxing Week sales and the dumb GST tax break. But it's logical, I don't expect any government to repeat that scheme anytime soon.
