Like I would also expect a GP in this day and age to have at least a passing familiarity with trans healthcare. Enough to execute a proper referral at least.

A GP should have basic enough knowledge to know these are two separate things. "GP" is not a synonym for "barely qualified to be a doctor".

This is... not correct. There may be a higher chance of comorbidity between ASD and ADHD, but ADHD is a distinct thing from ASD. Your GP really needs more training.

Sadly, while I have moral reservations about using them, my employer has been strongly encouraging us to do so. As a result, I cannot avoid it despite my conviction that it's a bubble and a human/moral/environmental tragedy.

I know it's not a TTRPG, but that's how Final Fantasy Tactics handled armour too.

I would say that the seeking out and keeping of a collection is a low intensity hobby. For instance, I would consider keeping, maintaining, and expanding my collection of classic video games a hobby.
