Reception have had a fabulous time at the Christmas party. We made Christmas hats,danced to lots of party songs and enjoyed our food whilst watching a pantomine.

Reception have had a super fun afternoon at their Christmas disco. We did lots of party dances in the hall and are now enjoying our party food 😁🥳🎄

Just a quick update on today’s carol singing plans. Normally, we would make a decision now, but since the singing is only about 20 minutes long and close to home time, we’ll hold off on making a final decision until 1:30 pm to give ourselves the best chance of a dry window.

Reception are enjoying a lovely treat of a chilled film with popcorn this afternoon as a big well done for all of their hard work they have put in for their amazing nativity performances. They were fabulous and we are so proud of every single one of them ☺️

In Art, Year 2 have set up an Art Gallery to showcase all of the art work and skills we have developed so far in Year 1 and 2. We talked about what we liked and the colours and skills we have used. We also liked to see how our art work is improving.

Today, we reminded ourselves of the Nativity story by watching Reception's dress rehearsal of their Nativity play! All the children were fantastic, and we wish them the best of luck for when they perform later this week!
