😄, but I think it's pretty good for helping people to view every result cautiously and to not let decisions swing dramatically on tiny differences in results.

And you don't need to understand this in detail. I certainly don't, and am going to try to work out why the profile and lrt would be different.

There is a lot to take in there, but ~"only 1 in 5 were prepubescent" is a hell of a thing to write down in the hopes of other people reading it.
