This is why I have muted any hashtag with "criticism" on Tumblr. I will listen to the criticisms of people whose judgements I trust. Not random people on the internet. From those, I only want critiques. Because if it's actually criticism, I know its about personal preferences and I can ignore.
Critique is a thorough evaluation, often with a focus on the positive and negative aspects, aimed at understanding and improvement. Criticism, on the other hand, tends to highlight faults or shortcomings, and can be more negative in tone. https://www.difference.wiki/critique-vs-criticism/

Generally, good! I think Pentious through Cherri are positions that shift around depending on my mood. I love these characters! Sera should be between Lucifer and Carmilla though.

From Ethan down are just characters I don't have very strong feelings about. Katie should be before Ethan, at least.

If I sign up, am I required to create something for somebody else? No, you are not. Of course, it would be very nice if you did! But you’re not committing to anything by signing up, except to saying “thanks” to any gifts you receive. What am I guaranteed if I sign up? If you requested one platonic (&) relationship and/or a solo character request, you are guaranteed two gifts. If by the scheduled reveal date we still have people who have asked with that minimum and have no or one gift, reveals will be pushed back until they have two. If you did not request a platonic relationship or a solo character request, you are not guaranteed any gifts and reveals will not be pushed back for you. Will there be a way to search requests? All request posts will be tagged with the relevant characters and pairings (e.g. “c:Valentino” or “p:Velvette/Other”) and mediums (e.g. “m:fic”). There will also be a spreadsheet with each person’s requested fandoms and mediums, which will about halfway through be updated with the # of gifts per person, so everyone can see who’s still in need of a gift and work on giving it to them. Can I tweak the sign up template? You can! Please keep the sections that are already part of it, but you can add to it if that would be useful to you (e.g. a “character-specific DNWs” section to a specific request). How specific can I be in the prompts sections? As much or little as you like. You can write specific prompts, or you can just talk about what you like about the fandom/character/relationship. Maybe avoid super detailed outlines though; this isn’t a commission. You can also just leave it blank, direct people towards your general likes, tell people to go wild, etc. The only part people are required to follow are the mediums, characters/relationships, and your DNWs. So don’t feel like you need to leave prompts if you don’t want to.

Then came the murmur. At first she thought it was Verosika. When she turned and realized it wasn’t, it took all of her effort to keep her reaction in check. After all, it was one thing while in a meeting with Carmilla Carmine how she reacted with her. It was one thing posting shit online about Carmine’s whole business. It was another thing to see both of Carmine’s daughters stepping out onto the red carpet. The car door closed behind them. No Carmilla. Only Odette and Clara. Standing on their tip toes as usual. Odette was draped in white. A mandarin collar closed tight around her neck, fitting closely against her chest into a princess line with no patterns. Sheer muslin was skin-tight on her right arm, attached to a gold ring on her pinky finger. Her other arm remained bare and it had to be the first time Velvette ever recalled seeing Odette’s bare hands. Her nails weren’t even painted, but Velvette had to at least admit they were cut well. Her tutu was stiff, held up by more white organza which hid her upper thighs. Not like she had to as she still was clad in black tights, as she always appeared to wear during meetings under her lab coat. The most traditional ballet wear of all were the light pink satin shoes. The drawstrings spun up both legs. And then she was wearing the same ponytail. As well as the stupid black headband to give herself her horns. Velvette could have gagged. It was like she had gotten halfway there and then gave up. Clara was swathed in black, with the same ballet shoes, but outside of that she was not a coin flip of her sister in the slightest. The pink satin straps danced up her bare legs to a black skirt which was not stiff. The reason it held up to the same level as Odette’s was because of the sheer amount of petticoats underneath it. And they showed, unlike Velvette’s, but Clara made them count by having the outer skirts be black, several be varying shades of grey, and then white against her skin. A tulle bandeau grace held together the deep V cut in the middle of her Bateau collar. Short butterfly sleeves fluttered down from her shoulders. Her shoes were tied together with a light pink wrap cinched at the waist and satin gloves which went up to her elbows. For once, her hair was down and it flounced around her collar bones. Black upside-down crosses poked out from her curls and a black diamond tiara sat tight around her horns. Clara had gone for the ballerina look without looking like she had to be on stage at the moment. Yet she looked like she could be on stage. Velvette hated that she wouldn’t be embarrassed seen next to Clara. Clara fit and she helped Odette fit in by proximity. Ugh.

The top was a black leather corset. There were spikes at the top and lined with lace details, with ribbon crisscrossing at the sides to suggestively show some skin. Sleeves hung off the shoulder in a sheer black mesh which Velvette was deciding on whether to add some silver chains as an accent. The high-waisted miniskirt had asymmetrical layers of pleats on the front and back while sharing a similar amount of skin with some slits on the hips. If she put the silver chains on the sleeves, she would need to add some metallic embellishments on the hemline. The boots were not at all ready yet. They would definitely be thigh-highs and definitely stilettos. It would be stupid to have anything else. She would match it with the same sort of lace details and crisscrossing ribbons. The jewelry would definitely go silver. Maybe a choker with spikes too.
