Does anyone else "pre-mourn" the death of a relationship? I stopped talking to my parents ~10 years ago, after about 3-4 we talked once a year, now it's maybe 2-3 times.. but it feels like an out of body experience as I already mourned the loss.

Hard to not love it here, it's nice to find "my people" again after everyone evacuated the hell site. I'm still there, but trying to build a presence here

Today is #WorldSuicidePreventionDay. Check on your friends and family, especially the "quiet" or "strong" ones. Every day since 6/14/22 has been a conscious decision not to let my wife and kids down. I hope to one day learn to love myself again as much as I love them. Till then.....
