For DPS, I'll pull everything unless the geography isn't ideal or the enemies hit particularly hard.

If I'm leveling my Trust (as I am now) with my less than ideal team, I'll pull sparingly.

It IS interesting how Trust NPCs act per player. Maybe confirmation bias, but...

For healing, I'll make it Thancred or Raha's problem (and yes, Thancred still uses Aurora on me when I'm a healer. I don't know why he's like this.) Both tank well, Thancred does use Superbolide when he needs to. Raha... does not invuln as much as he should.

Ryne gets hit by AOEs more than most do.
Zero is flawless, no notes, 10/10. (I'm biased.)

For tanking, I'll grab everything and make it Urianger or G'raha's problem. I pick Uri over Raha usually since he casts Death of the Seventh Dawn.

Y'shtola is allergic to moving, average BLM.
Krile steals my DPS spot routinely.
Alisae has no love for violence, but will steal my melee LB.
Alphinaud really needs glasses. Poor kid can't heal me unless I'm right in front of him.
