yeah, because abbott refuses to deal with matters outside of painting over rainbow sidewalks and establishing turning point usa chapters in high schools. it gets hard telling people i’m from texas because i don’t want them assuming i’m all in for this shit. i’m not!! i voted against this!!

i know so many people in rural communities who still blame the democratic party for the shutdown and the loss of snap benefits. like they genuinely believe trump is still saving them from being impoverished. it is the most sad and infuriating thing. there has to be a wake up call eventually

it’s crazy that rural areas still vote red because they think this administration is going to help them when in reality millions of people are losing benefits and we’re going back to having WOOD BANKS to get through the winter

THIS. when people shove their phones in my face at work it makes me upset. granted i haven’t considered the whole rushed/underpaid driver thing, but i don’t think that warrants being borderline inhumane to food service workers. i’m a nice person, i like to smile :(
