As I said, I'll likely still keep my iPad so at least I've got a device with the UI I'm more familiar with.

I have been doing okay in terms of cash so far, so it depends if I wanna trade my iPhone or not. (Though I still have held on to my iPhone 11 even after I got my SE 2022 last year.) 🙂

Even though my trip was a month earlier which kinda ruins the "magic", it's stuff I know I'll be happy with. I suppose while it can be somewhat hard to surprise me (or I get a bit nosey with my gifts to other people..) it shows how open I can be with my thoughts, which I guess isn't too bad. 😅

Exactly.. (I think it's largely Seasons 8-16 (and to an extent BWBA and AEG) that have tarnished the reputation of Thomas into being perceived as a "baby show".)

At least the franchise feels more respected by the general public over in Japan, judging by what I saw while on my trip. 🙂

I think it's mainly the fans that get annoyed when people outside the fandom view Thomas as a "baby show", but I don't think I'd make a reaction like *that* if people online judge me for liking Thomas.

Best I can do is just ignore those non-fans and remain civil about my interests.

Even though 5 is my personal favourite season of TTTE, I will admit it does have its flaws.

And it does get a bit tiring hearing fans acting like the show is meant for young adults. (At least other kids show fandoms acknowledge the stuff they enjoy is meant for a younger audience.)
