We are especially keen to engage an artist from a background typically underrepresented in early years arts. This commission is open to artists from marginalised backgrounds, specifically global majority artists, disabled artists, d/Deaf artists and/or artists from working-class backgrounds.

Babies are still overlooked when it comes to #ChildrensRights, and we’re committed to changing that.

Our Voice of the Baby approach utilises the artistic environment to ensure the views of pre- and non-verbal children are included in decision-making.
